Integrity Pool Builders Warranty Policy

We provide a one-year warranty on all our pool builds, covering any installation errors, sinking, or reasonable issues resulting from our workmanship. However, we are not responsible for water drainage issues on the customer's property that may cause backwash, sinking, or liner disruption.

Additionally, our warranty does not cover:

• Water loss due to liner defects, minor wrinkles, or the cost to refill the pool.
  
• Damage resulting from severe winter conditions, which may affect the pool, liner, or equipment. While we ensure professional and thorough pool openings and closings, we cannot be held liable for winter-related damages.
  

For used pool builds, some components may show signs of wear or structural weakness. While we complete the build to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of the pool or its equipment. However, we stand behind any issues that arise due to our workmanship.

We strongly recommend retaining any pool build-up of six inches or higher to prevent sinking or material runoff. If the customer opts not to take this precaution, we are not responsible for any resulting damage. Retaining walls can be built at an additional cost for those interested in added stability.

If a service call is requested for equipment the customer believes to be faulty, a thorough inspection will be conducted to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If the problem is found to be the result of user error or misuse, a service call fee will apply.

Cancellations of above ground pool orders made within two weeks of the scheduled installation date will be subject to a $500 restocking fee
